Windows Media Player support
October 15th, 2004 by CindyWe receive a lot of questions on Windows Media Player support. Good news, Erwin is working on it right now. This update and some other new features will be available when we release Doppler RC2.
Before doing so, Doppler RC2 will be tested by our beta-testers. We still can use some extra help on this. If you want to become a beta-tester, just drop a line to info@dopplerradio.net and we’ll send you an invitation. You will receive eternal fame within the Doppler support group and we guarantee you lots of unhandeld exception messages.

In answering Wynes question, I dont know the exact answer, but what I would do in that scenario is to remove Windows media player 10 and see if that has made a difference. If it has fixed the download problem then you know where the problem lies. Then you have two choices, 1) find an alternative to WMP 10 2) re-install it and look through all the options and settings to find the culprit.
Good luck
